HOW DOES THE QR CODE WORK?
The QR-Code (2-D Barcode) was created as a quick-response system with more storage capacity than regular barcodes. At STAC, we use these QR codes as unique links to individual profiles that can be scanned with a phone, tablet, or barcode reader to show an employee's safety training and certifications.
WHAT TYPE OF INFORMATION CAN I INPUT?
The possibilities are endless! Any information you would like to track for your employees can be uploaded to STAC; safety training, certifications, drug tests, background checks, licenses, and toolbox talks are just some of the items we typically see.
What type of documents can i upload?
Image files (jpeg, png, etc.) and pdf files can be uploaded with each training to show proof of completion. Have a single sign-in sheet for a group training? Upload the file with our Group Training feature to push the training out to multiple employee profiles at once.
HOW AM I NOTIFIED OF EXPIRING TRAINING?
At the beginning of every month, we send out automated email reports to Company Admin and individuals about expiring training for employees. These reports will give you a breakdown of the expired trainings and those set to expire within the next 30, 60, and 90 days so you have time to get classes scheduled.
What is the Price?
